- Accounts found to be in violation of Vigilant AI’s Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

- Provide your account details, invoice/transaction ID, and reason for the request.
- Refund decisions will be made within 5–10 business days.
15. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method only.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider.
16. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers are required to contact Vigilant AI before initiating a chargeback.
- Accounts involved in unjustified chargebacks may be suspended or permanently terminated.
17. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted in exceptional situations, such as:
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Long-term service unavailability caused by our system.
18. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal is not grounds for a refund.
